The U.S.-imported Model 95 underwater granulator is a critical machine for premium masterbatch production. Its precise synchronous cutting and rapid underwater cooling technology ensure highly uniform pellets with outstanding color consistency. It delivers reliable performance with high pigment concentration and highly filled formulations, producing uniform, high-flow quality pellets. With a production capacity of up to 800 kg/h, it meets large-volume supply demands.

Standard is equiped with twin-schew extruders of different sizes, suitable for products with different quantity and formulations. The screw systems of these machines are highly consistent, ensuring outstanding dispersion with every product, regardless of which machine it is produced on. With an yearly production capacity of 5,000 tons of custom color masterbatches, we can meet both large-volume and small-batch orders.

Film Blowing Test Machine:
Standard is equipped with two film blowing test machines that can produce PE and TPU films. These machines are easy to operate and can quickly switch materials, greatly enhancing product quality control and blown film development efficiency. This provides a significant advantage for Standard to better serve our customers.
Three-Layer Cast Film Testing Machine:
This machine can simulate customer volume production. The film can be divided into three layers:A, B, and C,and can produce film samples with different thickness matching. The machine is also equipped with dispersion testing capabilities, greatly enhancing the flexibility of cast film sample production and customer satisfaction.
Fibers Drawing Machine:
Quickly adapt to various patterns to easily produce straight, wavy, diamond-shaped, and other realistic synthetic grass fibers. From landscaping to sports fields, it precisely controls yarn color to ensure your turf projects achieve perfect color and functional.
Injection Molding Testing Machine:
It visually shows the color performance, dispersion effect, and temperature resistance of color masterbatch. Through a single device, it completes the entire process from formula verification and batch testing to customer sample production, making the stability and quality of every batch a visible promise of quality.
Pressure Dispersion Analyzer:
We use a professional pressure dispersion analyzer to provide objective, measurable data on masterbatch dispersion within base materials. Test results directly reflect actual application performance, making this key tool to ensure batch consistency and prove dispersion process quality. No longer rely on experience to judge, all results are confirmed by pressure data.
