Standard Red Masterbatches are all made of brand-new materials, high-quality materials, which can have high-quality distributed and batch stability, providing highly stable and consistent products for customer products.
We have about 20years of experience with technical sales support throughout the entire process. The team comes from a U.S. masterbatch company, withhighly stable masterbatch quality.

High Dispersion:
Deriving from American dispersion technology, we pre-disperse the pigments before producing red masterbatch. This process can greatly improve the dispersion of color masterbatch, and the coloring power can be increased by more than 10%.
High Temperature Resistance:
Standard Red Masterbatch can withstand temperatures up to 300°C and does not discolor during long production processes, suitable for high-end application scenarios.
Environmental Standards:
Our masterbatches can pass international standards such as ROHS, REACH, FDA, and the product is non-toxic and non-contaminating.
Bright Red | Rose Red | Pink | Orange-Red
Rose Red | Brownish Red | Flesh Red | Yellowish Red
Quantity per bag/box: 25Kg/500-1000KG
Weight per box (kg) : 8-10kg
Wooden fumigated pallets: 15-20KG

40-foot container: weight<28T; the exact quantity depends on the type of masterbatch.
In film applications, the dispersion and thermal stability of red pigments are very important. Low-grade red pigments often can not afford heat resistance and may contain excessive levels of heavy metals, leading to color migration—or “bleeding”—during the manufacturing.
Our red masterbatches choosed internationally pigment brands, ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations of numerous countries. By using pre-dispersed pigments, we enhanced both the dispersion and batch-to-batch consistency, thereby safeguarding color stability across cast films, blown films, and biaxially oriented films.
Spinning temperatures vary depending on the different material, potentially reaching as high as 300°C. Furthermore, because the extremely fine diameter of the spinneret orifices, the requirements for color masterbatches are strict. Should even a single point of color pigment agglomeration occur, it could clog, thereby immediately disrupting production. Even if a blockage does not occur, the presence of such an agglomeration will reduce the yarn’s tensile strength.
When manufacturing red masterbatches for spinning, Stand Color maintains strict control over raw material quality; any unqualified materials will be isolated immediately.
The production process has multiple quality inspection checkpoints, to ensure the masterbatches with high consistency and uniformity.
From everyday household product bottles to various cosmetic containers, toy packaging, etc. The presence of red-colored plastics is everywhere. Different blow-molded products are subject to varying regulatory requirements regarding masterbatches; our red masterbatches can fully compliant with standards such as RoHS, REACH, FDA, and ISO 10993.
Based our rich experience, we are adept at tailoring solutions to match the diverse and specific requirements of our clients.
Red masterbatch is mainly made from carrier resin + dispersant + red pigment powder and other colorants. It is used to color plastic products, giving products special colors and selling points
Standard’s MOQ is low, starting from just 25KG for custom orders.
We have three main packaging methods:
25KG/bag, 500KG/box, 1000KG/bag
Yes, we support color matching using Pantone, RAL, LAB, RGB, CMYK, and other data formats. You only need to tell us what the final product is, and the thickness and cover requirements tell us.
High-quality red masterbatch greatly reduces material waste, greatly improves project development progress with great efficiency, and can quickly seize the market advantage.
Overall prices for red masterbatch remain relatively high, making cost-effective red masterbatch the primary focus for market development.
