High Dispersion and High Batch Stability
Our masterbatches are not simply made by mixing resin and color powder and then extruding them.
We pre-disperse the color powder, a process that breaks up agglomerated color particles, improving dispersion and increasing coloring power by an average of 10%, and even more for some special colors.
This step also improves the batch-to-batch consistency of the masterbatch. Combined with our US-based management system, we can guarantee high batch consistency for our clients, helping them enhance their product competitiveness.
