Types of Spinning We Support
PP is a non-polar material, lacking polar groups in its molecular chain, resulting in very low surface energy. Therefore, PP yarn cannot be dyed through dyeing and finishing processes; it can only be colored by adding masterbatch during processing.
Regarding PP fiber, we not only have customers engaged in PP yarn, but our masterbatches can also be customized according to different customer processes (BCF, POY, FDY, DTY), suitable for high-speed spinning.
We also cooperate with global nonwoven fabric brands such as Berry and Avgol. Our products are suitable for S, M, SMS, and other composite structures. We can provide masterbatches with ISO10993 and FDA standards, enabling nonwoven fabrics to be widely used in: medical, hygiene, filter materials, agricultural coverings, etc.
PET Spinning Masterbatch
PET yarn is widely used in clothing, fabrics, and industrial applications. The volume is very large.
PET spinning involves processing temperatures as high as 280–300℃, therefore, the master batch requires high heat resistance and color fastness, while also being suitable for high-speed spinning of POY/FDY/DTY.
We can provide PET black masterbatch, PET matte masterbatch (white masterbatch), PET antibacterial masterbatch, PET heat-generating masterbatch, and PET cooling masterbatch, etc.
PA Fiber Masterbatch
PA yarn is frequently used in carpets and industrials due to the good abrasion resistance of nylon.
However, nylon has poor oxidation resistance and is prone to oxidative degradation. Therefore, the selection of pigments and additives in the masterbatch is quite selective.
Our masterbatch is suitable for PA6 and PA66 fibers, custom-made for high temperatures, with high color saturation that does not affect yarn strength. It maintains stable performance even under high-speed production.
